Ace support desk and the learning loop

Aces get support two ways, and both land in the same place.

Email support@map-platform.com from the address on your account. The email becomes a ticket automatically, with a four hour first response target and a twenty four hour resolution target.

Or open Ace HQ and use the Ace support card. Type the subject and the question, press Ask support, and the ticket is raised for you.

The learning loop is the part that matters. Before anything is drafted, the platform searches the answers given to earlier tickets. If your question closely matches one that has already been answered, you get that answer back on the spot, with the ticket still open so a human can check it. If there is no match, Centurion drafts an answer from the knowledge base and a person reviews it before it goes out.

Every answered ticket is then distilled into a short question and answer article in the knowledge base. Names, email addresses and anything specific to one person are stripped out, so what is stored is the reusable answer, not your conversation. The next Ace who asks the same thing gets it instantly.

The practical effect: the support desk gets faster and more accurate the more it is used, and answers stay consistent no matter who is on the desk that day.
