A seat carries a light performance expectation so the fifty stay active Aces.

  • Ten live client workspaces by month six
  • Twenty live by month twelve
  • Twenty must stay live, so any client that churns needs replacing
  • Hold twenty live and the seat locks in with no top up to pay

The shortfall top up Being a little short does not cost you the seat. You keep the seat and the founding rate by paying $50 per month for each live workspace you are below the target.

  • 18 live against a target of 20, you pay $100 per month
  • 19 live, you pay $50 per month
  • 20 live, you pay nothing

It is recalculated on every monthly statement, billed through Stripe with your normal invoice, and it stops the month you are back at target. Ace HQ shows your live count, your target and any top up due, so there are never any surprises.

The cure window If a milestone is missed there is a ninety day cure window, with a warning at day sixty. Nothing happens silently. You can pay the top up for as long as you like instead, or tell us in writing you would rather release the seat.

If the top up goes unpaid After a written warning and thirty days to settle, the seat is released. You keep every client workspace, relationship and billing line you built. A forfeited seat can be re licensed by the former holder at the price current on that day, on the published ladder. The original entry price is never restored. If it is not re licensed, the seat opens for a new AgentiAce so the fifty stays fifty.
