Going live with autopilot

Every channel starts in draft mode and stays there until it has earned the change.

The threshold Once a channel has handled fifty replies with eighty percent sent without an edit, AgentiSocial offers autopilot for that channel. You are never switched over automatically.

What autopilot does Confident replies are sent for you. Anything about money, complaints, legal wording or a blocked topic still comes to a person in the Action Centre.

Reversible Switch a channel back to draft mode at any time from the Channels list. The confidence threshold is adjustable per channel.
