AgentiVoice sits on every screen. Click the say it button, or press command and K on a Mac, control and K on Windows. Press the microphone and talk normally, it stops on its own when you finish.

Five things it does - **Takes you there.** Say take me to my calendar, or open unpaid invoices. - **Answers from your records.** Say who is waiting on a reply, or find Sarah at Hillside. - **Changes one record.** Say remind me to call Sarah on Friday, or move the Hillside deal to proposal sent, or tag Tom as warm. - **Changes a whole group.** Say tag everyone in Prospecting UK as warm. Nothing happens without your approval Every change is shown to you first in plain English, naming the exact record or the exact count. You press approve, or cancel. Bulk changes are capped at 250 records at a time.

Build by interview When you ask for something new, AgentiVoice asks up to four short questions so the build is right first time. Tap a suggested answer, say it with the mic, or press just build it if you are in a hurry.

Spoken answers and the guide Turn spoken answers on or off with the speaker button. The question mark button next to the say it button replays the welcome guide with examples any time.
