STOP and Compliance

Every outbound SMS ends with "Reply STOP to opt out". When a contact replies STOP we:

• Suppress them from future sends immediately.
• Delete them from the campaign target list.
• Log the opt out for audit.

This applies across every workspace and every SMS agent.
