A workspace is a fully isolated CRM. Contacts, pipelines, agents, and settings never cross between workspaces.
The tenant switcher
Top left of the app. It lists every workspace you belong to plus Personal (just you). Whatever is selected here is where new records are created.
Personal vs Workspace
Personal projects and notes only belong to you and cannot be shared. If you want to share a project with a teammate, make sure the switcher shows the workspace name before creating it.
Data isolation
Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and workflows are all scoped by workspace. A user with access to two workspaces sees each one independently and never sees data crossing over.
