Once anyone acts on a support ticket or approval, the item disappears from every teammate's Action Centre in real time so nobody duplicates work.
Reject clears it everywhere
Both Reject and Approve now write a dismissal record. The item vanishes immediately from your Action Centre and stays gone across sessions.
