Moving the automations from their current CRM
Workflows do not export cleanly from any platform. Here is how we rebuild them, usually better, and how Build by Interview does most of the work.

This is the question every agency asks second, right after data. The honest answer first, then the good news.
Why workflows do not just import GHL workflows, HubSpot sequences and Zoho blueprints are stored in each vendor's own private format, tied to their own field IDs, their own triggers and their own send infrastructure. No CRM on the market imports another CRM's automations as running automations. Anyone claiming otherwise is importing a picture of them.
What we do instead 1. Export the list. We pull the automation inventory from the source platform, names, triggers, steps and email bodies, so nothing is forgotten. 2. Cull the dead ones. On a typical agency account a third of the workflows are switched off, duplicated or never fired. We show you the list before rebuilding anything. 3. Rebuild by interview. You describe each surviving automation in plain English, or paste the exported steps, and Build by Interview writes the trigger, the steps, the delays and the emails inside AgentiCRM. 4. Reuse the copy. The email and SMS bodies come across from the export, so the client's own wording is kept. 5. Dry run. Every rebuilt automation can simulate without sending, so you see who would have been enrolled before anything goes out. 6. Approve and switch on, one at a time, while the old platform is still running.
Build by Interview You can speak it. Say what should happen, who it is for and what happens if they go quiet, and the plan comes back step by step in plain English for you to approve, edit or discard.
What usually gets better - Follow ups become Centurion drafts a human approves, rather than blind blasts. - Dead branches disappear. - Send caps and stop on reply are built in, so a rebuilt drip cannot run away.
Capture it once Rebuild the automation set for one client in a vertical, then capture that workspace as a MAP Blueprint. Every future client in that vertical gets the whole automation set installed on day one.
How long A client with ten to twenty live workflows is normally rebuilt and tested in a day. A heavily automated account takes two to three days, done alongside parallel running so nothing stops.
