Your AgentiAce onboarding checklist
Every step from paying your seat to your first client workspace going live, in order, with who does what and how long each part takes.
This is the full list. Nothing is hidden, nothing appears later as a surprise. Work down it in order and you will be selling inside a week.
Stage 1, your seat, day one - Pay the founding seat fee. Your seat number is issued and locked to you. - Sign the seat charter. It states the minimums, the ninety day cure window and that you keep your clients whatever happens. - Your Ace workspace is created. This is your own CRM, not a demo, and you run your own agency inside it. - Book your kick off call. Forty five minutes with MAP Platform to plan your first three client moves.
Stage 2, your own house, days one to three Do this in your own workspace before you touch a client. You cannot sell what you have not set up. - Connect your inbox, Gmail or Outlook, so Conversations and Centurion work. - Verify your sending domain. SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Usually minutes once the records are in. - Complete the Brand Board. Logo, colours, tone of voice. Everything you build later inherits this. - Feed the knowledge base. Your website, your service pages, your FAQs. This powers Centurion and every agent. - Connect your calendar and publish a booking link. - Connect your own Twilio and voice accounts if you plan to sell SMS, WhatsApp or voice. - Invite your team and set roles.
Stage 3, your brand on the platform, days two to five - Choose your white label domain, for example crm.yourbrand.com, and point the DNS record we give you. - Upload your logo and set your login screen colours. Your clients never see MAP Platform. - Set your retail price list. You set retail, we never see or touch your client billing. - Set up your own payment processor so your clients pay you directly.
Stage 4, your first blueprint, days three to seven - Pick the vertical you know best. - Build that workspace once. Pipelines, tags, forms, calendars, templates, drips, funnels. - Capture it as a MAP Blueprint, named by industry, for example MAP Blueprint: Roofing. - Mark it a starter pack so every new workspace of that type installs it automatically. Every client in that vertical after this is live the same day.
Stage 5, your first migration, week one or two - Pick two friendly clients, not your biggest account. - Gather access to their current CRM. See the migration article for exactly what we need per platform. - We run a test batch, you check it, then we run the full load. - Run the new workspace in parallel with their old platform until their renewal date, at our cost.
Stage 6, going to market - Run the 21 day Prospecting Engine in your own workspace first, so you know the process you are selling. - Take the Ace demo script. Centurion reading a real inbox and drafting the day is the demo that closes agencies. - Load your marketing materials. Newsletters, one pagers and decks are already filed in your workspace. - Declare your live client workspaces monthly. That declaration is what we invoice.
Stage 7, staying sharp - Vote on the roadmap through the Build Board. - Join the Ace advisory calls. - Watch your usage dashboard so client wallets never run dry mid campaign.
Who does what You do stages two, three, four, six and seven. MAP Platform does stage five with you, at our cost, plus your white label DNS check, your seat setup and your kick off call.
