Calibrate your CRM booking hours to match Google
Your Google booking page and your CRM booking link keep their own hours. Here is how to line them up so nobody books you at the wrong time.
Your Google booking page and your AgentiCRM booking link are two separate front doors onto the same day. Each one holds its own hours. If Google says you take meetings 9am to 3pm, and your CRM booking link is still on the default of every day 8am to 8pm, contacts can book you at 7pm through the CRM link.
Nothing is broken. The CRM link just needs calibrating to the same hours you set in Google.
Set your personal hours once 1. Go to My profile. 2. Set your timezone, for example Europe/London. 3. Set your working hours per day. Leave a day blank to close it completely, for example weekends. 4. Save.
These become your master hours in the CRM.
Point your booking links at them 1. Go to Communications, then Booking links. 2. Open the link, or create a new one. 3. Tick "Use my personal availability from My profile". The link then inherits your hours and your timezone. 4. Set the meeting length, for example 30 minutes. 5. Set a buffer if you want breathing space between calls, for example 15 minutes. Slots step forward by length plus buffer, so 30 plus 15 gives you slots on the hour and half past with a gap either side. 6. Save, then open your public link and check the times you see are the times you actually want.
If a particular link needs different hours to your normal day, for example demos only on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, leave that tick box off and set the hours on the link itself.
Match Google and the CRM Whatever schedule your Google booking page uses, mirror it in the CRM: - Same days open. - Same start and finish times. - Same timezone. - Same meeting length.
Do this once and both doors offer identical times.
What blocks a slot The CRM hides a slot when there is already an appointment in the CRM calendar for that person at that time, and it hides anything in the past.
It does not read your Google booking page rules. So if you hold time in Google that you never want anyone to take, either narrow your CRM hours to exclude it, or put that commitment in your CRM calendar as an appointment so the slot disappears.
Quick sanity check Open your public booking link in a private browser window. First slot, last slot, and closed days should read exactly the same as your Google page. If they do not, the profile hours or the tick box on the link is the thing to fix.
