Google (Gmail and Calendar)

One Google connection covers Gmail sync and Calendar two way sync. Scopes are gmail.modify, gmail.send, calendar.events.

Connect Google once and both Gmail and Calendar sync.

Scopes we request - gmail.modify. Read messages so Conversations can display them, and mark them read when handled in AgentiCRM. - gmail.send. Send replies From your address so threading stays intact. - calendar.events. Read your calendar and add meetings booked via AgentiCRM booking links or AI agents.

Disconnect Disconnecting removes tokens and purges any synced messages and attachments from Conversations and Mail so nothing lingers.

Not on Google or Microsoft Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Fastmail and any hosted mailbox connect through Other mailboxes in Settings, My profile. See Connect any other mailbox.
