Contacts

A Contact is one person. Name, email, phone, tags, notes, files, and every message across every channel.

Custom fields Add your own fields under Settings. They appear on every contact and can be used in filters, Smart Lists, and templates.

Followers Add teammates as followers on a contact and they will get notifications about activity. Followers can also read custom fields even when they do not own the record.
