The Contacts page has a single search box at the top. Type any of these and results update as you type:
- First name, last name, or full name
- Email address, or any part of it (e.g. "patrik" or "@gmail")
- Phone number, in any format
- Business or company name
- Any tag
If a contact does not appear
- Check the workspace switcher (top left). Contacts belong to a workspace and only appear when you are in that workspace.
- Clear any active filters (owner, tag, lifecycle stage) above the list.
- Try a shorter query. "Patrik" beats "Patrik Galea" if the name was entered as "Patrick".
- Look for duplicates by email. If you added the same person twice, both show up, sorted by most recent first.
Still nothing?
Open a Support ticket from the sidebar. Include the exact name and email you searched. We will locate the record and, if needed, restore it to your workspace.
