Open, Snoozed, Closed Status tabs keep it tidy. Snooze a thread to reappear at the right moment.

Compliance When a mailbox or channel is disconnected (for example a user removes their Outlook), we now purge the synced messages and attachments across Conversations and Mail so nothing lingers.
