The Knowledge Base is where you feed the Company, Department, and Personal knowledge levels.

What to put in Anything a new employee would need on day one. Pricing, FAQs, about the company, services, common objections, tone of voice examples.

Accepts Documents (PDF, Word, text), URLs (your website, help centre, blog), pasted text (quick FAQs, one liners). We extract and organise automatically.

Smart Quality Check One click and the AI reviews your knowledge, flags gaps, and offers to write missing sections.
