Your seat fee is paid once. The milestones are ten live client workspaces by month six and twenty by month twelve, after which the founding wholesale rate is yours for good. Ace HQ shows the gap live so you are never guessing where you stand.
Short of a milestone is not a cliff
A top up keeps the seat and keeps the rate. We would rather you kept building than lost the position over a slow quarter.
Your clients are yours whatever happens
If a seat is ever released you keep every workspace you built and every relationship in it. We do not contact your clients, ever, and there is nothing in the agreement that lets us.
