Limited opening. Fifty seats, then it closes.

Everything you need to know before you apply for an AgentiAce seat

This page is the long version. What the white label programme actually is, what an AgentiAce is, why we stop at fifty, exactly how the money works, what we ask of you to keep your seat, and a guided walk through the product your clients will live in.

Who built it

A short word about Gary Robertson

Twenty six years of sales and business coaching, more than 40,000 business owners trained, coached or mentored, and a thirty year habit of building the tech to make the work easier.

Leverage is the through line

Gary is the author of Living Your Life on Purpose, and the book gives away why he loves AI and a well run CRM. He believes in leveraging five things, time, people, money, knowledge and technology. A CRM that does not give you leverage on all five is just an expensive address book.

In 1996, as a Scottish police officer, he helped create IMAGE, the Incident Management and General Enquiry system. Back then it was revolutionary. For the first time officers could check data from any computer, force wide, on the same day. That was where the journey with tech and programming started, and it set the standard he still builds to. Systems have to be practical, and workable by the majority, not just the technical few.

Since then he became an authorised Pipedrive Certified Professional and a GoHighLevel Agency Plan client, so he has lived inside the tools most agencies sell, and knows exactly where they run out of road.

He is a keen sports person and a team player, which shapes the whole programme. Fifty people, known by name, pulling in the same direction.

2025, the agent suite

Gary built the full set of AI agents in house. Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email and custom GPTs, all firing from the same Three Brain Knowledge Base so every channel sounds like the same business.

  • Voice
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • GPTs
The Three Brain Knowledge Base

Tone is everything. An agent that does not truly understand the company will always sound like a bot. So every AgentiCRM workspace is fed by three separate brains.

Brain 1

The vision

The mission, the values and the owner's own understanding of what the business is for. This is what stops the agents sounding generic.

Brain 2

The company, all of it

Website copy, YouTube videos, replied to emails, tech specs, pricing, objections, case studies. Everything the business has ever said out loud.

Brain 3

Gary's 26 years

Two and a half decades of helping businesses scale and implement sales processes, encoded as the playbooks, sequences and prompts every workspace inherits on day one.

Brain 3 is the reason AgentiCRM exists. Nobody else can ship you a CRM with a working sales process already inside it.

Why it is called AgentiCRM

Agenti comes from agentic, software that has agency. It does not sit and wait to be filled in. It reads what is happening in the business, decides what should happen next, drafts it, and brings it to you for a yes or a no.

So AgentiCRM is a CRM where AI agents do the work and the human approves it. Every setup screen asks a plain English question, gives a smart default, shows a live preview, wires the rest up for you and then confirms what is now live.

Why Centurion exists

Gary has watched thousands of owners burn their week on boring admin, work from a system nobody has organised, and end up busy being busy instead of building the business.

That is why Centurion, the Action Centre and the Chief of Staff were built. One place where the day is already prioritised, the replies are already drafted, the follow ups are already queued, and the owner simply works down the list.

A profit engine, not another CRM you have to work

The vision is simple. Build something that serves the business, rather than an old dated CRM the business has to serve. Most CRMs are so ingrained in the way they already work that bolting AI onto the side will never work. AgentiCRM was built on multiple AI systems from the very first line.

The idea

What the white label programme is

MAP Platform builds AgentiCRM. Fifty independent Aces sell it as their own. That is the whole model.

You get the whole platform under your brand

Your logo, your colours, your domain, your login screen. Every client workspace you create is separated from every other workspace on the platform, so your clients only ever see your business. MAP Platform stays in the engine room and never appears in front of your customers.

  • Your own branded CRM, not a badge on somebody else's
  • Unlimited client workspaces, each fully isolated
  • You own the customer, the contract and the billing
  • Product updates land for every workspace automatically

What an AgentiAce actually is

Ace stands for Agentic Certified Entrepreneur.

An Ace gets the opportunity to build their own AI powered CRM business on the AgentiCRM infrastructure, instead of having to build the technology themselves. It is not a reseller and we never use that word. A reseller rents permission and gets dropped the moment the platform decides to sell direct. An Ace holds one of fifty permanent positions in the distribution layer of the product, sets their own economics, and has a standing seat at the table where the roadmap is decided.

  • One of only fifty in the world, numbered 01 to 50
  • Sets their own retail price with no published list to fight
  • Votes on the Build Board that decides what we build next
  • Keeps every client they build, for good

Why we stop at fifty

This is not a marketing number. Fifty is the point where the relationship still works both ways.

We can actually know all fifty

Fifty is the largest number of Aces we can genuinely know. Who you are, how your agency runs, which verticals you sell into, where you are stuck this quarter. Breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings, not a ticket queue.

The fifty shape the product

Between you there is more commercial wisdom than any product team could buy. You vote on the Build Board, we build it, you test it, we release it. The roadmap belongs to the people selling it.

Scarcity protects your margin

Sixty thousand agencies sell the same rented platform on the same published price list. With fifty Aces worldwide you are almost never in a bidding war, so you keep the price you set.

It closes and stays closed

When seat fifty is placed we stop signing Aces. Anyone who wants to sell this afterwards buys a sub licence from one of the fifty. That is the only door left open.

Read this part twice

This is a limited time opening. Seats are placed in order, the price ladder rises as they fill, and when the fiftieth is taken the programme closes. There is no waiting list that magically opens, no second cohort and no anniversary release. Once those fifty are gone, they are gone.

The money

Exactly how the money works

Four moving parts, and only one of them is paid to us.

Your seat
One off

Paid once, on the ladder price current when you join. No monthly platform fee, ever. The seat is yours while the minimums below are met.

Wholesale
$50 per month

Per live client workspace, whether you sold it direct or one of your referral partners introduced it. That is the entire amount MAP Platform charges you. There is no seat tax, no per user fee and no revenue share on your retail price.

Your retail
You decide

Charge $149, $199, $497 or bundle it into a retainer. Every dollar above the $50 per month wholesale is yours and we never publish a price list you have to compete with.

Usage
Zero markup

Telephony, email and AI usage are rebilled to you at cost. You add your own markup and keep it. Most Aces cover their whole wholesale bill on usage margin alone.

A worked example, twenty clients

You bill 20 clients at $199$3,980
You pay MAP Platform 20 x $50 per month$1,000
Usage rebilled with your markup$900
50 partner introduced clients, your margin at $149 over cost$7,450
Monthly margin to you$5,755

Illustrative only. Change any number on the calculator on the Founding Fifty page and the maths moves with it.

The seat ladder

The price ladders. The terms never do.

Seats 1 to 10Open now$3,495
Seats 11 to 25Next$4,995
Seats 26 to 40Later$7,995
Seats 41 to 50Final ten$14,995

Whatever rung you join on, the wholesale stays $50 per month per live workspace, direct or partner introduced, the usage markup stays yours, and the platform fee stays at zero. Joining early only ever costs less.

What we ask of you to keep the seat

A seat held by somebody who never uses it blocks an Ace who would. The minimums exist for that reason and for no other.

The minimums

By month 610 live client workspaces
By month 1220 live client workspaces, held live. Short of that you top up $50 a month for each one you are missing, rather than losing the seat
After 20Seat locks in permanently, no further minimums

Hit twenty live workspaces and the seat is locked in permanently. Nothing further is ever asked of you.

If you fall behind

  • We warn you at day 60 and talk it through, we do not send a legal letter.
  • You then have a 90 day cure window to reach the milestone.
  • Miss the cure window and the founding seat is released, so a working Ace can take it.
  • You keep every client workspace you built, the relationships and the billing on them. Losing the seat removes founding economics, not your business.
  • You can re licence later at the ladder price current at that time. The original entry price is never restored.
Growth

Building revenue from your own referrers

Your seat is a distribution position, not a single client list. Three layers of income sit on top of it.

Your own referrers

Recruit accountants, web studios, consultants and bookkeepers who send you clients. You set what they earn, we never see that arrangement and never take a slice of it.

Your sub licences

Sell the right to run workspaces under your brand to smaller agencies. You bill them, you set their wholesale, they never have a relationship with MAP Platform.

Leads we pass on

MAP Platform does not chase clients in your market. Beyond a handful of personal contacts, inbound demand is routed to Aces, and the top performing Aces get first call.

We are not competing with you for clients

MAP Platform is not going out looking for CRM clients. There will be a handful of friends and contacts we already know who want a workspace, and that is the extent of it. Everything else that arrives at our door is passed to the Aces, with the top performers getting first refusal. Your growth is our growth, so pointing demand at ourselves would make no sense.

Inside the product

What your clients are actually buying

This is a whole operating system for a small business, not a contacts list with an email tab. Real screens from a live workspace, the full capability list, and the subscriptions it replaces.

Communications, Mail
The AgentiCRM mailbox showing inbox, starred, sent, drafts, scheduled, archive, spam, trash and Gmail labels alongside a full message list

A proper mailbox, not a message feed

Inbox, starred, snoozed, sent, drafts, scheduled, archive, spam, trash and every one of your Gmail or Outlook labels, all down the left. Search across the lot, compose from any connected address, and every message is still attached to the contact record. This is the single thing GHL users notice first, because in GHL email is a stream of blobs and here it is the mailbox they already know how to use.

Centurion, Action Centre
The Centurion Action Centre with the morning Chief of Staff brief, approvals waiting, tasks due today and appointments

Centurion and the Action Centre run the day

Your client opens one screen. The Chief of Staff brief tells them what moved overnight and what matters today. Under it, everything waiting on them in one queue, email drafts, tasks, LinkedIn posts and Slack. Nothing sends until they press approve. This is the answer to busy being busy.

CRM, Prospecting Engine
The 21 day Prospecting Engine page with the day by day plan, live counters and the start button

The 21 day Prospecting Engine, a sales process in the box

Eleven touches over twenty one days, every email, message and call script already written and signed with the user's own details. Press the rocket on a contact and that merchant is in the engine. Each morning the day's steps land in the Action Centre ready to approve. This is Brain 3, Gary's twenty six years, shipped as software.

Centurion, AgentiSocial
The AgentiSocial page with the post writer, the expert persona picker, the brand graphic toggle and the trend radar below

AgentiSocial writes the posts and holds every reply

Pick the channel, pick the expert who writes it, give it a subject and Centurion writes the post from the knowledge base and makes a matching graphic in the client's brand colours. Trend radar scours the last week in their industry so the feed teaches rather than sells. Comments, direct messages and reviews land in the Action Centre with a draft reply, and a channel only goes to autopilot once the drafts have been right often enough.

AgentiVoice, the thing no other platform gives your clients

  • One bar on every page, opened by a click or command and K, on desktop and phone
  • Speak in plain English and it navigates, answers from their own records, or makes the change
  • Single record actions, set a reminder, move a deal, tag a contact, log a note, each approved first
  • Bulk actions with a counted preview and a sample, so a hundred records change safely in one go
  • Build by interview, it asks the few questions it needs then builds the form, page or follow up
  • This is what makes clients self sufficient, they stop raising tickets about where things live
  • Lead with it in every demo, it is the moment the prospect stops comparing you on price

The daily engine

  • Centurion Action Centre, one screen holding every approval, task and reply for the day
  • Chief of Staff morning brief on what moved overnight and what matters now
  • To Do and Projects with ABCDE priorities and the Eisenhower matrix, so the frog gets eaten first
  • Daily method of operation targets with points, streaks and a scoreboard
  • Notifications and a push app, so nothing waits unseen

Communications

  • A full personal mailbox per user with folders, labels, search, drafts, scheduling and attachments
  • Two way Gmail and Outlook sync, inbound and sent, filed against the contact automatically
  • SMS and WhatsApp through your own numbers, in the same conversation thread
  • Voice and call logging, with AI agents able to answer or follow up
  • Templates, signatures and branded footers that populate from your brand kit

Support desk, instead of Freshdesk or Zendesk

  • Ticketing with numbers, statuses, priorities, owners and full message history
  • A branded customer portal so clients raise and track tickets without an email chain
  • Canned responses, attachments and internal notes on every ticket
  • Tickets sit on the same contact record as the deals and the email, so context is never lost
  • Centurion drafts the reply and the agent approves it

Internal team working, instead of Slack or Teams for work chat

  • Team chat threads with members, mentions and read receipts
  • Team Notes, the shared record of decisions, with completion tracking
  • Task assignment, ownership and due dates across the whole workspace
  • Everyone in a workspace sees only their workspace, so client data never crosses over

Meetings and diaries, instead of Calendly

  • Branded booking links with your own availability rules and buffers
  • Two way Google and Outlook calendar sync
  • Find a time with the team, reading everyone's live availability before offering a slot
  • Book on behalf of a colleague, capturing the guest name, email and notes
  • Google Meet, Teams and Zoom links attached automatically, plus reminders
  • Meeting notes captured and turned into follow up actions

The CRM itself

  • Contacts, companies, deals, tasks, tags, saved views and custom fields
  • Unlimited pipelines with drag and drop stages and stage distribution reporting
  • Lead scoring rules and full activity timelines on every record
  • The 21 Day Prospecting Engine, a written sales process on every deal
  • One click migration from GoHighLevel, with tags, owners, notes and history preserved

Marketing, instead of Mailchimp and a form builder

  • Campaigns, audiences, sequences and multi step drip journeys with delays and exit rules
  • Forms and landing capture that create contacts and fire workflows
  • Your own sending domain, warmed and authenticated, with suppression handling
  • Reviews, review requests and AI written replies
  • A marketing asset library your partners can pull from, filed and on brand

AI and knowledge

  • The Three Brain Knowledge Base, vision, company data and playbooks, feeding every reply
  • Centurion skills you can teach, correct and version, so it improves with use
  • AI agents for SMS, email, chat and voice, deployed per workspace
  • AGaaS, agent governance, audit trails and approval controls on everything the AI touches

Social, instead of Hootsuite or Buffer

  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube in one place
  • Trend radar scans the week's real industry news and writes the teaching post through a platform expert
  • Every comment, direct message, mention and review lands in the Action Centre with a reply already drafted
  • A watchlist that drafts short helpful comments on other people's posts, staggered and capped so nothing looks automated
  • Team boost, one person posts and colleagues like and comment from the same knowledge
  • Autopilot per channel, offered only after fifty replies at eighty percent sent unedited

Automation and operations

  • Workflows with triggers, conditions and actions across every object
  • Automations that move deals, create tasks and enrol people in journeys
  • Webhooks in and out for anything not built in
  • Usage wallets, rate cards and per client billing views

Build, speak it and ship it

  • Say what you want out loud and Centurion writes the brief for you, on Build, pages and forms
  • Build sits next to Skills in Centurion and turns one sentence into tags, stages, forms, pages and follow up
  • Funnel Studio writes a full landing page in under a minute, on brand, with live desktop and mobile preview
  • AI forms drafted from a prompt, wired to tags, pipelines and automations on creation
  • A plain English map of every automation, and you can change any step by describing the change
  • Safety rails, send caps and dry run, so an automation can be tested before a single message leaves

MAP Blueprints, your business systems already built

  • Capture a working workspace as a blueprint, pipelines, automations, forms, calendars, funnels and templates
  • Deploy into any client workspace in minutes, and anything already there is skipped
  • Industry versions such as MAP Blueprint: Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Roofing, Dental and Recruitment
  • Mark a blueprint as a starter pack and every new workspace installs it automatically
  • Build the system once, then every client of that type is live the same day

Needs you now, the triaged morning

  • A ranked list of what is genuinely at risk, not a wall of numbers
  • Overdue tasks, unanswered replies, stalled deals and unpaid invoices
  • One click to act on each item
  • No blank screens anywhere, every empty area offers to build the missing piece

Invoicing, instead of a separate billing tool

  • Raise invoices with lines, tax, currency and per workspace numbering
  • Send from your own verified domain, branded, with a one click payment link
  • A public pay page per invoice that tells you the moment it is viewed
  • Mark paid, resend and copy link, all on the same record as the deal and the conversation
The subscriptions this replaces

One workspace instead of nine separate bills

This is the easiest close you will ever run. Your prospect is already paying for most of the list below, in separate tools that do not talk to each other. You are not asking them to add a cost, you are asking them to remove several and get a system that shares one contact record.

The one nobody else has

Every user gets a proper mailbox inside the CRM

Not a conversation feed pretending to be email. Under Communications each person connects their own mailbox and gets folders, threads, search, attachments, drafts and a reading pane that behaves the way a real mail client behaves. GoHighLevel is genuinely painful here, and it is the fastest way to lose a demo. This is where you win it.

  • Personal mailboxes per user, never a shared workspace inbox
  • Sender name, address, phone and signature always the signed in user
  • Every message is filed against the contact and deal automatically
  • Drafts written for you, in your voice, waiting for approval

The Action Centre

Log in at nine and most of the work is done

Centurion reads every email, message and form enquiry around the clock, decides what matters, and writes the replies. Your client reads, approves and sends. Anything that is clearly noise gets a one click delete. This is the screen that makes people cancel three other subscriptions.

The 21 Day Prospecting Engine

A sales process on every single deal

Press the rocket on a deal and the CRM lays out twenty one days of calls, emails and messages, materialises the tasks, and writes each message when the day arrives. Your clients stop wondering what to do next, which is the real reason CRMs get abandoned.

  • Every message can be saved, edited and reused
  • Gary's Video Tips sit beside the steps that matter most
  • It learns from every edit, so it never gets the same thing wrong twice

Support desk

Their helpdesk moves in here, and Freshdesk gets cancelled

A full ticketing system with numbers, priorities, owners, statuses, canned responses, attachments and internal notes. Customers raise and track tickets through a branded portal, or simply reply by email and the thread stays intact. The difference from a standalone helpdesk is that the ticket sits on the same contact record as the deals, the invoices and the last twelve emails, so nobody answers a complaint without knowing the customer is mid renewal.

  • Centurion writes the reply, the agent reads it and presses send
  • Tickets, deals, email and appointments all on one timeline
  • Response templates that carry the brand kit and the signed in user's signature
  • No per seat helpdesk licence on top of the CRM

Internal team working

Team chat and notes where the work already lives

Threads with members, mentions and read tracking, plus Team Notes as the shared record of what was decided and what is now done. The point is not to beat Slack at chatting, it is that work chatter sits next to the customer it is about. Nobody pastes a screenshot of a deal into another app, then loses it a week later.

  • Assign tasks straight out of a thread, with owners and due dates
  • Completed items get ticked everywhere they appear, including Team Notes
  • Projects and To Do carry ABCDE priorities and the urgent against important grid
  • Strict workspace isolation, every time
Meetings and booking

Booking links, team availability and diaries that agree

Branded booking links with your own hours, buffers and durations, backed by two way Google and Outlook sync so a slot is never offered twice. Find a time with the team reads live availability across several people at once, and anyone can book on behalf of a colleague by entering the guest name, email and a note, which creates or matches the contact automatically.

  • Meet, Teams and Zoom links generated and attached to the invite
  • Reminders and confirmations sent from your own domain
  • Every appointment lands on the contact timeline and in the Action Centre

Help, support and training

Help that gets better every week, because the knowledge base keeps growing

There is a built in Help Centre, guided tours on the screens that need them, and MAP Training for the sales and operating side. None of it is static. Every question an Ace or a client raises, every correction someone makes to a Centurion draft, and every new feature we ship is written back into the knowledge base, so the answer is there the next time anybody asks.

  • Help Centre articles, searchable, with guided tours on the live screens
  • The Agentic Coach walks each user through setup, per user, at their pace
  • Centurion answers support questions from the same knowledge base, in context
  • Corrections and edits feed back in, so it never gets the same thing wrong twice
  • CRM Feedback and the Build Board, where Aces raise and vote on what gets built next
  • Direct support from us to you, so your clients only ever deal with your brand

Your clients never see MAP Platform. They see your brand, your help centre and your support. Behind it, we are the ones keeping the knowledge base fed.

The panels above show the layout and the highlighted areas we mean. To click through the real thing, open the live sandbox, it is a full working workspace with data already in it.

The Aces caveat

The Fifty are the advisory board, not just the customers

We want every Ace building a long lasting income with MAP Platform, and we want them shaping how the business changes as it grows. That only works if the Fifty have a real say, in writing, not as a nice sentiment.

You sit on the board

Holding a seat makes you part of the management and advisory board for the platform. You see what is coming, you say what you think of it, and you tell us what your clients are actually asking for.

The 75 percent rule

Any Ace can put a proposal to the Fifty. If 75 percent of seat holders agree with it, that proposal goes to MAP Platform for implementation. It is not filed away, it enters the build queue.

How it is run

Proposals and votes run through the Aces Build Board so everything is on the record. We publish where each carried proposal sits, what we are building, and when it ships.

The honest caveat, so nobody is surprised later. A carried proposal commits us to implementing it, and we will always talk timing and sequence with the board, because some things take a release and some take a quarter. Where a proposal would break the law, put client data at risk, or break the platform for other Aces, we come back to the board with the reason and an alternative rather than quietly dropping it.

If that reads like your business, apply for a seat

The application is a qualifying form, not a checkout. If your numbers fit, you get a private link to a one to one with Gary. Not every applicant is accepted, and every seat placed moves the ladder up for the next person.
