30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all AgentiCRM subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of MAP Platform FZE, the legal seller. We handle refunds directly.

To request a refund, you can either:

• Email our support team at gary@map-platform.com with your order reference and we will process the refund via Stripe.

What is covered

• New subscription purchases within 30 days of the order date.
• Renewals where you cancelled the subscription and were charged in error.

What is not covered

• Consumed usage-based credits (AI messages, voice minutes, SMS, or email that have already been sent or generated).
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order date.

Where local consumer protection law grants you a longer or stronger refund right, that law prevails.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Stripe. It typically takes 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
