The eighty percent rule

AgentiCRM runs at least eighty percent of your repeatable admin.

Not eighty percent of your business, and not your judgement calls. Eighty percent of the work that repeats: the replies, the chasing, the booking, the quoting, the tagging, the invoicing. Agenti does it, you check it, and once a job has proved itself over and over, you let it run on its own.

Trust is earned, one job at a time

Nothing is handed over on day one. Every task type climbs the same ladder, and you can drop it back a level with one click.

Level 1

Assisted

Agenti drafts everything. A human reads it and approves before anything leaves the building.

Level 2

Supervised

Task types with a proven track record send on their own, and a daily digest shows exactly what went out.

Level 3

Autonomous

Proven task types run unattended. Anything new still comes back for approval first.

What it replaces, role by role

Every row names the part of AgentiCRM that does the work, so you can check the claim rather than take it on faith.

How the number is measured

Inside your workspace, a dashboard tile shows your own figure for the last thirty days. It is arithmetic, not marketing.

  • Handled: emails, texts and calls Agenti drafted or sent, replies it classified, records it enriched or tagged, quotes and invoices it produced, bookings it made, tickets it answered.
  • Manual: exactly the same task types when a person did them without Agenti.
  • The figure: handled divided by handled plus manual. Too little history and it says "still learning" rather than showing you a flattering number.
  • The breakdown: every task type with its own percentage and its current trust level, which is what later earns it the right to run unattended.

Keep the judgement. Give away the admin.

Fifteen minutes of decisions each morning, and the rest already done, checked and logged.
