One workspace at a time
Pick a workspace at the top of the page and everything below it belongs to that workspace only. The agent list, the deployments, the numbers on the bar, and the factory cards. Nothing from another client bleeds across.
Editing the brain
Open any agent and choose Edit system prompt to change how it thinks and speaks. Save and the next conversation uses the new wording straight away, so you can test a change in seconds.
Good practice
Change one thing at a time, then run a self test before you let real traffic hit it. If a reply is wrong, the fix is nearly always in knowledge or the system prompt, not in the channel.
