Who owns the data Your client does. You hold it on their behalf. You can export every object at any time in CSV, and we will run a full export for you on request. There is no exit fee and no hostage window.
What if I leave, or you close the doors You keep every client workspace, relationship and billing line. Data exports in standard formats. Nothing about your business is trapped in a format only we can read.
Will my clients see downtime during a move No. The new workspace is built and loaded before anyone switches, and it runs in parallel with the old platform until their renewal date, at our cost.
Do I have to move all my clients at once No. Move one, move ten, move the lot, in any order and at your pace.
What happens to my current platform bill You keep paying it until each client renews, then it stops. Parallel running is at our cost precisely so the overlap does not punish you.
Is this really white label Yes. Your domain, your logo, your login screen, your colours, your pricing, your invoice. Your clients never see the words MAP Platform. Support emails sent from a client workspace come from your address.
Can my clients see other clients No. Every workspace is isolated at the database level. A user in one workspace cannot query, search or receive notifications about another.
What about deliverability Each workspace verifies its own sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and we warm sending gradually. Send caps, stop on reply and one click opt out are enforced in the platform, not left to good intentions.
GDPR and data protection Data is processed under a standard processor agreement, opt out is honoured platform wide, and there is a public data deletion route for end users. Deletion requests are actioned within thirty days.
Will support blow up when I add clients This is the reason the Coach and the Help Centre exist. Clients are trained in app, support replies are drafted for you inside the CRM, and support tickets route through the same Action Centre. Aces routinely run twenty plus workspaces without hiring support staff.
How long until my first client is live If you use a MAP Blueprint, same day. From a cold start with a migration, expect three to five working days including their data load and a parallel run.
Do you sell to my clients behind my back No. We do not contact your clients. Inbound leads that come to MAP Platform are routed out to seat holders on a 60 / 40 share in our favour, because we sourced them. Clients you source are yours entirely at the flat $50 per month per workspace.
Can I set my own prices Yes, entirely. You set retail, you bill your client, we invoice you.
Is there a contract or a lock in The seat carries performance minimums, ten live workspaces by month six and twenty live by month twelve, and twenty must stay live. If you are under, you keep the seat by paying a $50 per month top up for each workspace you are short, and it stops as soon as you are back at target. There is no monthly platform subscription to cancel.
What if you build something my competitor asked for Everything on the roadmap is available to all fifty. Aces vote through the Build Board and the person who raised an item is named on the release note.
Do you charge for extra users No. Unlimited users inside a client workspace.
What if a client stops paying me Move the workspace to read only from your billing screen. Nothing is deleted, the data waits, and you stop being charged the $50 the month after you undeclare it.
Can I test everything before I sell it Yes. Your Ace workspace is a full production workspace. Run your own agency inside it, run the 21 day Prospecting Engine on your own prospects, and demo from real work rather than a sandbox.
