Metered usage, what we charge and what you rebill

Two numbers, that is all. The platform fee, and metered usage. There is no third invoice.

The platform fee $50 per month per live client workspace, direct or referral partner introduced. No per seat charge, no per contact charge, no per pipeline charge. Unlimited users inside a workspace.

Metered usage, the published rate card Every AI call, message and minute is metered to the workspace that used it. These are the platform rates charged to the client workspace wallet.

• AI tokens: 1 cent per 1,000 tokens
• AI image generation: 8 cents per image
• AI web research: 2 cents per page
• AI voice agent: 14 cents per minute
• Email send: 0.2 cents per email, so $2 per ten thousand
• SMS: 2 cents per segment, US rate
• WhatsApp: 2.25 cents per conversation
• Voice inbound: 1.7 cents per minute, US rate
• Voice outbound: 2.8 cents per minute, US rate

Rates are held in the rate card inside the platform and shown live in the workspace, so what you see in the app is always the current price. Non US destinations follow the carrier rate for that country.

The included allowance Every workspace carries an included monthly usage credit of $5, refreshed at the start of each period. Most light workspaces never go past it.

The wallet Each client workspace has its own wallet. Usage debits the wallet, you can set a low balance warning, and you can turn on auto top up. If a wallet empties, sending pauses rather than running up a bill you did not agree to. Nothing is ever silently overspent.

What a real client actually costs A typical single Ace client sending two thousand emails, five hundred SMS and using Centurion daily lands around $15 to $30 a month in usage. A heavy voice agent client running two hundred call minutes a month adds roughly $28 on top.

Where your margin is You rebill usage to your client at whatever multiple you choose. Most Aces bundle it, for example an all in $297 a month that covers the workspace and a generous usage pool. The usage margin alone typically covers the $50 platform fee.

Bring your own accounts You can run Twilio, email and voice on your own provider accounts instead. In that case those carrier costs bill to you direct at zero markup from MAP Platform, and only AI usage meters through the wallet.

The rule we hold ourselves to MAP Platform never absorbs and never hides usage. Every AI call carries a billing context and lands against a specific workspace, visible to you and to your client.
