Add websites to contacts from their email address

If your contacts have work email addresses but no website, you do not have to look them up one by one.

How to do it 1. Open Contacts and tick the contacts you want, or tick the box at the top of the list to take the whole page. 2. In the blue action bar, click "Fill websites from email". 3. AgentiCRM takes the part after the @ in each work email, checks that a real site answers there, and saves it to the Website field.

You can do up to 500 contacts at a time.

What gets skipped, and why - Contacts that already have a website. Existing data is never overwritten. - Free mailboxes such as gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com and icloud.com. A personal address tells us nothing about the business, so we would only be guessing. - Domains where nothing answers. If the site does not load, nothing is saved.

The summary at the end tells you exactly how many fell into each group, so you know what still needs a human.

Just ask instead Select the contacts, press command and K, or click Say it, and say:

"Add websites to these contacts from their email addresses"
