Quo (formerly OpenPhone) gives your team shared business numbers for calling and texting. Once it is connected, you can work your Quo numbers from inside AgentiCRM, and every call can leave a written summary on the contact record.

Step 1. Connect Quo to the workspace Go to Settings, then Integrations, and find the Quo card. Paste your Quo API key, which you create in Quo under Settings, then API. One key covers the whole workspace, so an admin only needs to do this once.

Step 2. Turn on the webhook so Quo pushes activity in On the same card, generate the webhook URL, then paste it into Quo under Settings, Webhooks. Tick these events:

  • Message received and message delivered
  • Call completed
  • Call summary
  • Call transcript

Without the webhook, nothing arrives on its own. You will only see what you pull in manually.

Step 3. Work a contact from the CRM Open any contact and press the Quo button. You get:

  • **Send from.** Pick which of your Quo numbers the text goes out from.
  • **Text message.** Type and send. It lands in the conversations inbox as a normal thread, so anyone on the team can follow it.
  • **Call.** Opens the dialler for that number.
  • **Pull Quo history.** Fetches recent Quo texts and calls for that contact and files them against the record.

How call notes are recorded Every completed call is written to the contact timeline in two layers.

1. **The activity line.** A short record such as "Quo outbound call, completed, 4 min". This is the audit trail, always created, no AI involved.
2. **The call summary note.** A note on the contact with bullet points of what was discussed and any next steps agreed.

Where the summary comes from:

  • If your Quo plan produces its own AI summary, we use that and mark the note "Summary supplied by Quo".
  • If not, we fetch the call transcript and summarise it ourselves, marked "Summarised by AgentiCRM from the Quo transcript".
  • If there is neither a summary nor a transcript, you get the activity line only. Recording and transcription must be switched on in Quo for summaries to exist.

Notes are de duplicated on the Quo call id, so if Quo delivers the same event twice you never get twin notes.

Backfilling old calls Pressing Pull Quo history also writes summaries for past calls that do not have one yet. The confirmation tells you how many items were imported and how many summaries were added.

Where to read it Open the contact and look at the timeline. Call summaries appear as notes titled "Call summary". Texts appear in Conversations alongside email and WhatsApp, so a single thread shows the whole relationship.

Good habits - Text from the CRM rather than the Quo app, so the thread is visible to the team. - Read the summary before your next call instead of scrolling the transcript. - Correct anything the summary got wrong by adding your own note underneath. Centurion reads notes when it drafts follow ups, so a correction improves the next draft.

Troubleshooting - **Nothing appears after a call.** The webhook is missing or the call events are not ticked in Quo. - **Activity line but no summary.** Recording or transcription is off in Quo for that number. - **Texts land against no contact.** The number on the contact record does not match. Save the number in full international format.
