The comms centre is the part of AgentiCRM that handles everything a customer says to you, and everything you say back.

Every user has their own mailbox Each person connects their own email account and works it inside the platform, the way they would in Outlook. Threads, attachments, search, reply, forward and sent items. Their signature, their sending address and their sent copy, never a shared team pile unless you choose that.

Because the mailbox sits in the CRM, every message is filed against the right contact, deal and ticket automatically, and the whole history is visible to anyone who opens that record.

Sender identities on subdomains Behind the scenes a workspace can send from several addresses on its own domain, for example send., billing., updates. and support. subdomains.

The user never picks one. The platform chooses the right identity for the job, so a customer always hears from the customer facing address and an invoice always comes from the billing address. Two reasons this matters:

1. It looks deliberate to the recipient, because the address matches the relationship.
2. Delivery reputations stay separated, so a heavy marketing campaign cannot damage support or transactional mail.

Sender identities are set up once by an admin and are invisible in day to day use.

The support desk Mail arriving at a support address becomes a numbered ticket with an owner, a status and a history. Everyone who should see support sees it arrive. Anyone can assign it on. The moment one person picks it up, it drops off everybody else's list, so two people never answer the same customer.

The approval queue AgentiCRM drafts the reply from the knowledge base, the ticket history and your house tone, then puts it in the approval queue. Centurion's Action Centre shows each person what is theirs today, ranked. A human reads the draft and presses send. Nothing leaves without that yes.

It improves Every edit you make to a draft is captured as a lesson, so next month's answer to the same question is better than this month's, and a new starter inherits the voice on day one.
