The comms centre, four addresses your client never has to think about
A shared inbox is where accountability goes to die. This is the opposite of that.
Every user gets a real mailbox. Behind it, the workspace sends from several identities on the client's own domain, and support mail becomes numbered tickets with an owner. The user picks nothing, the platform picks correctly.
Sender identities on subdomains
A workspace can run send., updates., billing. and support. on its own domain. An invoice always comes from the billing address, a service message always comes from the updates address, and nobody writing an email has to choose. It reads as deliberate to the recipient, and a heavy campaign can never damage support delivery, because the reputations are separated.
A help desk, not a shared mailbox
Support mail becomes a ticket with a number, an owner, a status and a history. Everyone who should see it sees it arrive, anyone can assign it on, and the second one person takes it, it drops off everybody else's list. Two people never answer the same customer.
Centurion runs the queue
Ageing tickets, unanswered threads and replies nobody handled arrive in the Action Centre as ranked work. AgentiCRM has already drafted the answer from the knowledge base and the ticket history, and it sits in the approval queue until a human presses send.
The point
- Personal mailboxes, so people work here instead of in Outlook
- Hidden sender identities, so the right address goes out every time
- Tickets with owners, so support stops being a group guess
